Pizza Ragazzi provides:

• Mobile wood-fired pizza catering services
• Private event catering (weddings, corporate events, parties)
• Festival and market food services
• Franchise opportunities

3. Bookings and Reservations

When booking our services:

• A deposit may be required to secure your booking
• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund
• Late cancellations (less than 48 hours) may forfeit the deposit
• We reserve the right to cancel bookings due to circumstances beyond our control (weather, equipment failure, etc.)

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms include:

• Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event
• Full payment is due on the day of service unless otherwise agreed
• We accept cash, card, and bank transfer payments
• Prices are subject to change; booked rates are honored

5. Food Safety and Allergies

We take food safety seriously. Customers must inform us of any allergies or dietary requirements at the time of booking. While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee the absence of allergens due to cross-contamination in our kitchen.

6. Liability

Pizza Ragazzi will not be liable for:

• Allergic reactions if allergens were not disclosed to us
• Delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control
• Property damage at venue (we maintain public liability insurance)
• Indirect or consequential losses

7. Venue Requirements

For private events, the client must provide:

• Adequate space for our mobile pizza trailer (approximately 4m x 3m)
• Access to electricity (if required)
• Level ground surface
• Clear access route for vehicle

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including images, logos, and text, is the property of Pizza Ragazzi and protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
