Important Notice
If you have any food allergies or intolerances, please inform our staff before ordering. While we take precautions to prevent cross-contamination, our kitchen handles multiple allergens and we cannot guarantee that any dish is completely allergen-free.
Allergens in Our Kitchen
Our wood-fired mobile kitchen uses and handles the following major allergens:

Mozzarella, scamorza, and other cheeses

May be present in some specialty toppings

Present in some cured meats
Our Pizzas - Allergen Breakdown
Margherita
San Marzano tomatoes, Fior di latte mozzarella, Fresh basil, Extra virgin olive oil
Marinara
San Marzano tomatoes, Garlic, Oregano, Extra virgin olive oil
Diavola
Tomato sauce, Mozzarella, Spicy nduja sausage, Ventricina salami
Quattro Formaggi
Mozzarella, Gorgonzola, Parmesan, Smoked scamorza
Dietary Requirements
Vegetarian Options
Margherita, Marinara, and Quattro Formaggi are suitable for vegetarians.
Vegan Options
Our Marinara pizza is vegan. We can also prepare custom pizzas with vegan cheese upon request (subject to availability).
Gluten-Free
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer gluten-free pizza bases. All our pizzas contain gluten.
Cross-Contamination
Despite our best efforts to prevent cross-contamination, our mobile kitchen is a small space where all allergens listed above are present. We use the same equipment, preparation surfaces, and wood-fired oven for all pizzas. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that any pizza is completely free from traces of allergens.

- We maintain detailed ingredient lists for all our products
- We clean preparation surfaces between orders
- We're happy to discuss ingredients with customers before ordering
For Severe Allergies
If you have a severe allergy (anaphylaxis risk), please consider the following:
- Always carry your prescribed medication (e.g., EpiPen)
- Inform our staff immediately about your allergy
- Be aware that despite precautions, trace amounts of allergens may be present
- If you have any doubts about the safety of our food, we recommend you do not order
